How To Create An Account?
To register, please select your country and enter your mobile number. Next, verify your mobile number via OTP. Following it, sign up form will appear. Enter the details such as your name and email to complete the setup process. Note- If you did not receive the SMS with OTP details, you can request for OTP again by clicking on “Resend OTP” option. If you have a referral code, you can apply the referral code in “Got a Referral code?” tab. The referral code can be found in the “Refer & Earn” section.
How To Recover The Password?
Follow the steps given to reset your password: Click on “Forgot Password?” link available on the screen to reset. You will receive a reset link on your email ID registered. Please use the link sent to your email ID to reset your password. On “Set Password” screen, enter a new password. Re-enter your new password to verify. You will be successfully logged in to your account.
To Book A Ride Service For Later, Follow The Steps:
Login to the app, on the main screen please enter the pickup and drop off location. You will them be promoted to select your preferred Vehicle category. Select the vehicle type and tap on the "Ride Later" option to make a booking. Select the date and time for your pickup and confirm your ride.
How Can I Apply A Coupon/Offer Code On My Ride?
To apply a coupon/offer code, all you need to do is: 2. Select a Ride Service category and tap “Ride Now” to make a booking 3. Tap the apply coupon option and select from the coupons applicable or type the code Note: You can check the discount applied on your total fare in the invoice sent to you on your registered email ID after you complete the trip.
How Can I Save My Preferred Location?
You can save your preferred location with the “Favourites” option on the ride screen. To save your frequently used or any other location as a favourite, tap the icon beside the address bar. You can also rename the pin as per your convenience.
